Fire Breaks Out At Abandoned House

A fire broke out at an abandoned house in Lexington Monday morning.

Crews say it started around 6:20 at 433 Hollow Creek Road which had no one there living there at the time, but still had gas and electricity going to it.

They say the fire started in the front bedroom and that the large amount of damage inside makes them think the fire could have been burning for a while.

The road in front of the house was entirely covered in ice which made the blaze even harder to battle.
