Fire breaks out at home for second time in less than a year

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A fire broke out at a home being renovated because of another fire.

Firefighters were called to the home on Swigert Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The owners of the home were staying at another location behind the house while it was undergoing renovations from another fire back in October of last year.

Firefighters said there was major damage to the fire.

They do not know what caused the fire.
