Fight Between Neighbors Turns into Shooting in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to Lexington Police, a fight between neighbors turned into a shooting on Chestnut Street, just after eight p.m. Friday night.
It is not clear what caused the fight, but police say one neighbor pulled out a gun, and shot the other more than once, though police are not sure exactly how many shots were fired.
Police say the victim was hurt in the hands and groin, but his injuries are not life-threatening.
Police took the shooter into custody and charges are pending.
