Fight broke out at Mall St. Matthews on Black Friday

ST. MATTHEWS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Video shows two men fighting at Mall St. Matthews on Black Friday.

Officials told our ABC affiliate WHAS that mall security broke up the fight and the two men left without being identified.

The Mall issued the following statement:

The incident that occurred on Thanksgiving night was an isolated incident that was immediately handled by security. The safety and well-being of our shoppers, retailers and employees are always our top priorities. The mall has a customized public safety program that entails different measures for various scenarios. We do not discuss our public safety measures because doing so would compromise our efforts. We are expecting a busy and successful holiday shopping season, and I want to emphasize, safety and security are our priorities every day.
