FBI offers $100,000 reward in Charlie Kirk murder investigation, releases photos of “person of interest”
OREM, Utah (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The FBI is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the individual or individuals responsible for the murder of Charlie Kirk.
Kirk, the conservative activist and founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot Wednesday, at Utah Valley University in Orem. Federal investigators are now asking the public for help.
Officials say photos and videos can be submitted online at fbi.gov/utahvalleyshooting Tips can also be shared by calling 1-800-CALL-FBI.
The FBI also released an image of a person of interest they are working to identify in connection with the shooting.
Kirk, who played a key role in mobilizing youth support during Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, has been remembered by national and state leaders following his death.
