Fayette jail: Inmate wanted after not returning from funeral

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Fayette County jail says authorities are searching for an inmate who didn’t return from a funeral. It says Johnathan Wayne Howard was out on a court-ordered pass. Officials say he supposed to be back by 4:00 this afternoon.

The jail says Howard was incarcerated on five counts of Failure to Appear on Theft by Unlawful Taking – Felony. It says a warrant for escape has been issued for Howard.
