Fayette Coroner seeks information on Army veteran’s relatives
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Fayette County Coroner’s Office needs help finding relatives of an Army veteran who died in Lexington last month.
According to Coroner Gary Ginn, Tommye Neal Blalock died May 23, 2021, of natural causes. He was 68. He lived in the Cross Keys Road area of Lexington.
An Army veteran, Blalock was born in Aberdeen, Md., the son of Wilson and Erie ‘Map’ Blalock, according to Ginn. He was divorced.
Ginn said he has contacted both Veterans Affairs and The Kentucky State Police Intel division but neither has been able to find any of Blalock’s relatives.
