Fayette Co Extension Office

Kentucky Proud Evenings features a local author each month at the Fayette Co. Extension Office. This program was developed to explore and highlight local authors and local foods. Each author presents ‘the rest of the story’ regarding their book emphasizing motive for writing, research and process of development.  Accompanying each presentation are Plate It Up Kentucky Proud! recipe samples with preparation and local food information discussed. These monthly author talks are a fun and enriching way to spend an evening.  Admission is free and registration required.
