Fatal fight leads to murder indictment for Floyd County inmate

FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Floyd County inmate is indicted by a grand jury in the death of another inmate.

The Floyd County Chronicle & Times says, according to the grand jury indictment released Friday morning, Scottie Gibson was charged with the murder of Adam Potter.

Kentucky State Police say Potter died last week after getting into a fight with Gibson at the Floyd County Detention Center.
