UPDATE: Fayette, Franklin men killed in Woodford crash

WOODFORD COUTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – Two me — one from Franklin County and one from Fayette County — were killed Wednesday morning in a head-on crash in Woodford County.
According to Woodford County Coroner Ronald Owens, 32-year-old Dexter Chenault, of Franklin County, and 39-year-old Louis Bickham, of Fayette County, were pronounced dead at the scene of the morning crash.
Chenault was driving a Honda Accord ad Bickham was a passenger in a Kia. The two cars collided head on, the coroner said.
Keith P. Clark and Sons Funeral Home in Winchester will be handling Chenault’s arrangements while Clark Legacy Center in Frankfort will be handling Bickham’s, the coroner said.
Autopsies are being performed, according to Owens’ report.

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) – A two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Woodford County killed two people and injured one.
According to Versailles police, the crash happened on Leestown Road, near the Franklin County line, around 7 A.M.
One person in each vehicle died, according to police. Two people were in one vehicle and the driver survived. That driver was taken to the University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The road was shut down for several hours to investigate but has since reopened.
