Fatal crash claims the life of a Frankfort woman

ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A fatal accident in Anderson County on the Franklin County line claims the life of a woman.

The crash happened on US 127 around 6:15 Saturday night.

According to the Franklin County coroner, 34-year-old Tralaina Michelle Spence-Broughton from Frankfort died early Sunday morning.

The coroner says the driver lost control of the car, possibly ejecting one of the occupants.

The second person in the car is still at UK Hospital.
