Fatal crash in Bourbon County

BOURBON COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A man is dead after a car crash in Bourbon County.

State police say the crash happened around 4 AM Sunday on US 68.

Troopers say 32-year-old Willie Walker was driving east near the Nicholas County line when he drove off the road and hit a tree.

The car flipped over and landed on the driver’s side killing Walker.

A passenger, Ronnie Thompson Jr. is at UK Medical Center.

KSP believes alcohol played a part in the crash.
