RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Friends and family of Savannah Spurlock have planned a vigil in honor of the mother of four.

Spurlock was last seen January 4 leaving the Other Bar in Lexington with two men.

According to the Richmond Police Department, the men have told investigators Spurlock ended up going to a home in Garrard County after leaving the bar.
