Familiar Foe

Kentucky football, getting a week off. Cats, 1-2 after losing the Governor’s Cup to Louisville a week ago today. Besides the homecoming game against Alabama State on Nov. 2 – nonconference play over for UK.

So it’s time to boldly venture into the biggest, baddest conference of them all – the SEC. first up – those Florida Gators.

Cats haven’t beaten Florida since 1986. Lucky for Kentucky, they brought in two men with plenty of tape on the Gainesville gang. Mark Stoops and DJ Eliot – both imported from rival Florida State in the offseason.
