Expert Confirms KY Judge’s Death Linked To Meningitis Outbreak
An expert confirms that a Southern Kentucky Judge died from steroid shots tainted with a fungus linked to a nationwide meningitis outbreak.
Judge Eddie Lovelace died at a Nashville Hospital after a stroke.
That was after getting steroids shots to his neck and back after a car crash.
Pathologist George Nichols performed an autopsy on Lovelace and says the shots did have that fungus.
Lovelace’s death opened up a Judgeship that will now be filled by Senate President David Williams.
