Exceeding expectations

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Missouri has won 11 straight road games dating back to September 21st, 2013.

The same program that’s coming off a 9-6 win over UConn in Columbia.  The same program that struggled to beat Arkansas State at home.

Kentucky can be, and can beat Mizzou.

There’s no reason the Cats can’t go win the SEC East two years in a row like the Tigers have done.

Missouri has over achieve, especially after sluggish starts, to accomplish what many thought was impossible when the Tigers made their way into the SEC.

Coach Stoops knows it starts with effort and energy.

With those two things, it’s a little easier to exceed expectations…and find ways to win.

That’s what the Tigers have done against the Cats since joining the conference.
