Ex-minister expected to plead guilty in child sex case
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) – A former Oldham County minister is expected to plead guilty to federal charges of aiding and abetting sex trafficking with a minor.
The Courier-Journal (http://cjky.it/1qFmFU6 ) reports the U.S. attorney’s office announced Monday that 64-year-old Howard Key Chambers will appear Tuesday before a federal judge in Louisville to change his plea and be sentenced to between 15 and 30 years in prison.
Chambers, who led a youth choir at DeHaven Baptist Church in La Grange, is expected to admit he had a 10-year-old girl perform oral sex on him numerous times as another man took pictures.
Prosecutors say 33-year-old Christopher Kosicki invited Chambers to his home multiple times to partake in the sex abuse while Kosicki took photos.
Kosicki received a 50-year sentence in February after admitting to sexually abusing 10 girls.
