Evansville man accused of having sexual relationship with minor in Owensboro

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WTVQ)- State Police say they have arrested an Evansville man they say had inappropriate communications and relationship with a minor in Owensboro.

KSP says 20-year-old Rylee Piercefield was arrested and charged with one count of sexual abuse.

KSP detectives say they launched an investigation in early March after allegations were reported.
