Ethema Health Corporation signs deal to acquire Addiction Recovery Care
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Ethema Health Corporation has signed a letter of intent to acquire Addiction Recovery Care (ARC), one of Kentucky’s largest and most well-known addiction treatment providers.
According to a joint announcement, the move is designed to ensure continuity of care for ARC clients and staff while expanding access to addiction recovery services across the state.
ARC founder Tim Robinson said partnering with Ethema will bring “stability, innovation, and long-term investment” to communities throughout the Commonwealth.
Ethema plans to operate under its ARIA Kentucky brand and expand its treatment network, with a goal of building 3,000 recovery beds by 2026.
