Energy assistance through September 13th
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — If you need help keeping the power on, the Community Action Council is now taking applications for its Summer Subsidy Program.
The Council announced that applications for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) are open through September 13th.
