Emergency road aid funds awarded to Knox County Fiscal Court

MANCHESTER, Ky. ( WTVQ)- The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet today says that the Knox County Fiscal Court will receive $150,000 in County Road Aid emergency funds.

KYTC says these funds will be used for a slide repair on Whitesburg Hollow Road (CR 1184) located 0.029 miles south of Dozier Road, making it safer for cars, school buses and other vehicles that rely upon this highway.

The Knox County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
