Elderly man missing from Rockcastle

LIVINGSTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Emergency Management Director said an elderly man was reported missing on Tuesday afternoon, from his home in Livingston.

Gerald Chandler is 77, authorities say, six feet tall with a medium build, gray hair, and no teeth. The blue-eyed man was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, overalls, and black tennis shoes.

The EM Director said Chandler took daily walks, was very friendly and personable, but would get into any person’s car due to his mental disability.
