EKU’s Elder no expert on OVC, but knows Jax State is the best in the league

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Mark Elder has never coached in the Ohio Valley Conference, until now.

In his first season at EKU, the new head man of the Colonels admits he’s no OVC expert, but he did a little research on the league and found out pretty quickly who everyone is gunning for in 2016.
