Easy Fruit Popsicles
Here’s an easy and tasty way to get some fruit into your child’s diet, and beat the heat on a hot day!
Chop up fruits into some orange juice.
You can use strawberries, bananas, blueberries, kiwi, whatever you like!
Then pour the mixture into a popsicle mode, or use an ice tray with some Saran Wrap across the top pierced with toothpicks.
Let them freeze up, and then you’ve got a great spring and summer treat when the kids get home from playing outside!
