Eastern Rockcastle Out of Boil Water Advisory January 20, 2014 36Pab, A boil advisory for Eastern Rockcastle Water Association customers has been lifted. Residents of the Pongo and Sand Hill areas no longer need to boil their water. The lift was issued shortly after 11 Monday morning.
