Earning their home road to Final Four

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – In case you missed it last night, the UK women earned the No. 3  seed in the Lexington regional.

The ladies open up at Memorial Coliseum against UNC Asheville on Saturday.  UK and UNCA are set for a 4 o’clock tip on ESPN2.

Being able to play at home is what UK head coach Matthew Mitchell says he loves about the women’s tourney because it makes the regular season truly matter.
