Drugs seized, arrest made in Henry Co.
NEW CASTLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a man has been arrested after a tip led them to a home with multiple marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia.
It happened on Thursday in New Castle, after police say they followed a lead to a home on Fallen Timber Road. Police say they executed a search warrant, and when they went into the home found approximately 6 pounds of processed marijuana, hundreds of imported seeds, scales, packaging, and 25 mature marijuana plants were located.
47-year-old Brian Raisor was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana over 5 lbs., drug paraphernalia, and cultivating marijuana. In addition to the drugs and drug trafficking materials 2 pickup trucks, 1 SUV, 2 ATVs, and a dump truck were also seized.
The investigation is still ongoing by the Kentucky State Police.
