Driver Slams Into Tree In Lexington

 Lexington police said a driver slammed into a tree early Tuesday morning.
 The driver hit the tree just before 2 a.m. on Kenesaw Drive.
 Police said the driver had non life-threatening injuries.
 He was taken to the University of Kentucky hospital.
 Police said they believe speed was a factor in the crash.
