Driver follows shooters
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A driver says he crashed into a car that opened fire on him early Tuesday morning.
Police say the man was on Russell Cave Road just before 2:30 a.m. when a car pulled up beside him and started firing at his van.
The car took off and the man says he followed.
The car did a u-turn and the driver says he crashed into it.
He says that’s when someone in the car got out, fired on his van again, got back into the car and took off.
The driver was not hurt.
He went to a nearby business and called police.
