Dover man arrested after investigation into rape of minor

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a six-month investigation led to the arrest of a Dover man on charges related to the sexual abuse of a minor.

Troopers say 49-year-old Charles F. Clark was arrested on Friday.

According to investigators, he has been charged with rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years of age.
