Dock collides with Clays Ferry Bridge in Madison County

Madison County Emergency Management says the dock and a houseboat came loose in high waters. Both hit the bridge, according to officials.

The bridge was not damaged.

Riverfront residents are being encouraged to check your docks and water craft to make sure they haven’t been damaged or swept away by the rising waters and strong current.
