Disaster recovery centers in Kentucky announce new schedule

FRANKFORT, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – Various disaster recovery centers in Kentucky are starting a new schedule this weekend.

Starting Saturday, July 6, the Greenup County Disaster Recovery Center will be open Monday through Saturday, while centers in Boyd, Carter, Fayette, and Henry counties will operate Monday through Friday.

New Schedules:

  • Greenup County (Monday-Saturday): Greenup County Courthouse, 301 Main St., Greenup, KY 41114
  • Boyd County (Monday-Friday): Boyd County Emergency Management Office, 12327 Anthony Drive, Ashland, KY 41102
  • Carter County (Monday-Friday): Members Choice Credit Union, 438 Interstate Drive, Grayson, KY 41143
  • Fayette County (Monday-Friday): Emergency Operations Center, 115 Cisco Road, Lexington, KY 40504
  • Henry County (Monday-Friday): 4H Community Center, 1106 Castle Highway, Eminence, KY 40019

Operating Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.–7 p.m. ET
  • Saturday (Greenup County only): 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET

Survivors from affected counties can apply for FEMA assistance at any DRC or online at DisasterAssistance.gov, by calling 800-621-3362, or using the FEMA mobile app.
