DEVELOPING: Body Found in Estill Co.

IRVINE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police say a body has been found in Estill County.

Troopers say the remains were found under the Irvine Bypass (KY499,) near the railroad tracks off of HWY 89.
