Detroit man arrested for robbery in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Detroit man is in the Fayette County Detention Center for his part in a violent home invasion last year.

Police say 27-year-old Bryant Compton was one of two men who assaulted three women in a home on Bluebird Lane in January of 2014.

Documents say the men held scissors to the victims throats and demanded cash and drugs.

Compton’s girlfriend told police she drove the men to and from the home.

Compton was brought to Kentucky from Michigan where he was arrested.
