Fayette Education Foundation hosts annual State of the Schools breakfast

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The annual State of the Schools breakfast is being held Friday morning in downtown Lexington, according to the Fayette Education Foundation.

The event is scheduled for 8 a.m. at the Central Bank Center on West Vine Street. It will feature student performances, remarks from Fayette County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Demetrus Liggins, and a community call to action.

The breakfast highlights achievements across the district while also focusing on challenges and future goals for Fayette County schools.
