Deputies: Teen charged with vandalizing Harlan Co. school

HARLEN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A basketball goal at Rosspoint Elementary School was vandalized last week, according to Harlan County Sheriff’s Office officials.

They say a 13-year-old threw rocks at a basketball goal behind the school destroying the glass backboard.

The teen was charged with criminal mischief.
