Delivery Driver Robbed Of Phone, Wallet And Pizzas

A pizza delivery driver was robbed of his wallet, cell phone and pizzas after he was called to a Lexington apartment Monday night.
Police said the driver was followed in by another man as he went up to the apartment at 224 E. High at around 10:30 p.m.
They said the suspect then covered his face with a bandana, pulled out a gun and demanded the driver’s wallet, cell phone and the two pizzas he was delivering.
The driver complied and the suspect headed down the stairs and toward the doorway, where police said he met up with another man and both took off.
Police also said the apartment the driver was called to was vacant.
He went to another apartment complex and called 911.
K9 units were not able to establish a track but police said there are surveillance cameras around the area and detectives will be reviewing video.
 The driver was not injured.
