Defense not different

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The football Cats are resting up and honing in on their next opponent right now in the bye week.  Mississippi State comes to Lexington for a 7:30 kick next Saturday.

There’s been a lot of talk about Mark Stoops taking over the defensive play calling and the ‘D’s’ response since.

D.J. Eliot said there really hasn’t been much change in terms of schemes or calls, it just boils down to the players on the field executing…not anything magical.
