Death investigation in Casey Co.

DUNNVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a woman at a home on Brock Road.

Troopers say a neighbor contacted them just after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, saying they hadn’t seen 84-year-old Nobuko Wilson in several days, that there were no lights on, and that her car was in the garage.

Officers say when they went to do a welfare check, they discovered evidence of a forced entry into the home.  When they went inside, troopers say they found Wilson deceased on the floor.

An autopsy performed at the state medical examiner’s office in Louisville indicated that Wilson had died from a heart attack.
