Deputies find rhino statue in middle of the road

DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) –  A happy ending after deputies had been trying to reunite a pet with its owner, but it’s not what you think.

Around 3 a.m. Sunday, Daviess County deputies got a call from someone who said they had to slam their brakes because a cow was standing in the middle of the road.

The thing is, it wasn’t a cow.

When deputies arrived, they discovered a rhino statue in the road.

The rhino statue has been returned to its owner.

No word on how it got to the road.
