Crossing guard hit in Pulaski Co.

SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – A crossing guard is in critical condition after being hit by a truck in Pulaski Co.

The Lexington Herald-Leader says the man was hit near Southwestern High School Wednesday afternoon at around 3:00 p.m.

He was airlifted to University of Tennessee Medical Center.

The person driving the truck that hit the man was a school employee, according to the newspaper.

No charges have been filed against the driver.
