Crews extinguish fire at auto repair shop in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Crews with the Lexington Fire Department were able to extinguish a fire at an automobile repair shop in Lexington on Friday night.
LFD says the fire started at Complete Automotive Repair on Palumbo Drive.
Crews were sent to the scene just after 8 P.M. on Friday.
When firefighters arrived, they found smoke coming from the roof and were quickly able to put out the fire.
An official with the department says vehicles and some contents were damaged, but the structure itself is “sound.”
No injuries were reported.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
