Crash Kills Man In Owsley County
Kentucky State Police said alcohol was a factor in a fatal accident in Owsley county.
The crash happened just before 7 p.m. Thursday on Kentucky 30 East.
Police said a truck being driven by Luther McIntosh, 46, went off the road, hit an embankment and overturned.
McIntosh was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said he was not wearing his seat belt.
His passenger, Elizabeth McIntosh, 26, was airlifted to the University of Kentucky hospital.
