Coroner: Nursing Home Shooting Victim Has Died

     The Fayette County Coroner’s office has confirmed that the victim in a shooting at a Lexington Nursing Home has died from his wounds.

     The name of the of victim has not been released at this time.

     Police say they are still looking for a potential suspect, believed to of last been seen in a black BMW ‘700 Series.’

     Investigators say the shooting happened Tuesday in the parking lot of the Northpoint Lexington Health Care Center at Trent Boulevard at Man O’ War, a little after 2pm.

     Police say 3 people were arguing when a man shot another man over some type of domestic dispute.

    Two people were taken to the hospital, including the man who was shot.
