Coroner identifies two men killed in Lexington double shooting; police investigation continues

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Fayette County Coroner has identified the two men who were shot and killed Monday morning in Lexington as 50-year-old Antwone Miguel Sanders and 54-year-old Roderick Lee Clay.

According to Lexington police, officers were called around 10:50 a.m. on October 20 to the area of Village Drive and Cambridge Drive for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, officers found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims died at the scene.

Police say Personal Crimes detectives are continuing to investigate the case. No arrests have been announced, and officials have not released details about a possible motive.
