Coroner: Georgetown man kills wife before killing himself
GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Georgetown man killed his wife, then himself, according to the Scott County coroner.
The coroner says 42-year-old Scotty Caldwell shot his wife, 40-year-old Rebecca Caldwell in their home on Cherry Hill Drive in Georgetown, Saturday morning before taking his own life.
According to the coroner, autopsies are planned for Sunday in Frankfort. Georgetown Police are still investigating the incident.
