Corbin man accused of being intoxicated on someone else’s porch
LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- According to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Department, deputies arrested 49-year-old Michael Baker from Corbin Sunday morning around 8:15 a.m.
Deputies say they received a complaint about a man who seemed to be intoxicated on a front porch of a home that wasn’t his own.
When deputies arrived on Byrley Road, they say they found Baker under the influence.
They also say he was in possession of hypodermic needles, aluminum spoons with withe power on them, a bag with white powder inside, and marijuana.
According to the Sheriff, the white powder tested positive for methamphetamine.
Baker was charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of marijuana.
