Contractor Charged With Stealing

Police say Patrick Crowe painted the hallways at the Devenport Drive Apartment Complex.

According to officers, Crowe had a master key to get into the building.

When several residents reported their items missing; police linked Crowe’s work to those missing objects.

Crowe is in the Fayette County Jail.
