Company in Lexington adding jobs

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Sunroof supplier Webasto says it will add a new production line, bringing 183 new jobs to Lexington as part of a $15.2 million investment, according to the company.   

The company is going to manufacture panorama roof systems.

The Michigan-based company currently employs 572 workers. 

The expansion should be complete in two years.

The state preliminarily approved $2 million in tax incentives for the investment.
