Coming up short not okay with Snell

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Benny Snell does not care if someone is in his way when he’s running with the football.

In fact, Snell expects to run over at least one man every play.

He’s a wrecking ball and the go-to back now for the Cats.  If Kentucky needs yards, the staff goes with Benny.

The freshman has even taken over some of the Wildcat formation role and loves getting the ball in his hands quicker to evaluate and execute his plan of attack.

When Snell doesn’t move the chains or score, he’s not happy.

Like when the Cats settled for the field goal to make it 20-13 Saturday in the win over Vandy for example.  Snell was not a fan of leaving his defense in a bad spot.

Hear from Snell in the video.
